What does Medical Care at Home involve?
Medical care at home is a service offered to people who are not self-sufficient, or those experiencing difficulty. It includes medical rehabilitation, nursing care and providing assistance in relation to the health of the individual.
Home care aims to stabilise the patient’s condition, limit functional decline and improve the person’s quality of life within the family environment, so that use of hospital facilities is kept to a minimum.
Here at Vivisol, we offer a wide range of Integrated Homecare services (IH) and Home Hospitalisation (HH), also classified as Home Care levels I, II and III in accordance with the guidelines of the National Committee for Essential Assistance Levels 2008 (LEA). We work in accordance with particular public-private partnerships and the various procurement systems in force in different regions.
